A message from the SPL of the meeting at AIR this Wednesday (1/5/2011):

For the trip to AIR, we will meet at the church at 6:30 on January 5th.  We will need some adult volunteers to help transport and provide supervision.  The plan is to arrive by 7:00 to AIR and stay until 9:00.  The cost is $16 per person which includes admission and equipment rental fees if we get 13 or more participants.  The fee will be a little higher if we have less.  Right now we have 13 Scouts signed up.  We will collect money for the Troop & provide one troop check to AIR.
…If anyone else would like to attend then please let me know.  All Scouts will need to have completed waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian.  The waiver form can be downloaded from the following Website. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SIGNED WAVER, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT AT AIR!
