Our troop does activities like camping, canoeing, swimming, and more!
We also have regular meetings where we practice for our big outings by doing first aid, wilderness survival, and earn ranks. If you join our troop you can run for leadership positions and influence where we go and what we do.
Our troop is “boy-led,” which means adult leaders provide safe, experienced guidance and support but it’s the Scouts who are in charge — they make the plans, lead the activities and have the fun!
Our troop is open to boys who are 11 through 17 years old, have earned their Arrow of Light [Cub Scouting award], or have completed the fifth grade.
Interested in joining the fun? Contact the Troop 45 Scoutmaster using our contact form (if you have any problems, you can email the troop at firstname.lastname@example.org).
You’ll also find more information about Troop 45 and the Boy Scout program in the troop handbook, linked here (and also in the Forms section):
